Roof Ridge Cap Roll Forming Machine is professional cold roll forming equipment specially designed for producing V-shaped roof ridge caps with bilateral waterproof drip flanges.
Adopts optimized multi-station roll forming process and heavy-duty hydraulic vertical cutting system (same as picture structure), realizes fully automatic continuous production from decoiling, feeding guide, roll forming to fixed-length hydraulic cutting. The finished ridge cap has standard inverted V roof ridge structure, excellent waterproof sealing performance, stable shape and high dimensional accuracy. It is the perfect matching accessory machine for trapezoidal roof sheet roll forming machines, widely used in global steel structure roofing construction projects.
